POINTSBET TURKEY TRIP PROMOTION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTER

PointsBet Australia Pty Ltd ABN (ABN: 91 606 814 920) of 155 Cremorne Street, Cremorne VIC 3121 (“Promoter”).

2. DESCRIPTION

Turkish Hairlines is a PointsBet competition running from 4 June to 11 June 2026. To enter, film an Instagram Story from your personal account nominating a friend who deserves a trip to Turkey for a hair transplant, explain why they deserve it, and tag the official PointsBet Instagram account. The most creative entry is selected as the Winner. If Australia beats Turkey in the FIFA World Cup match on Sunday, 14 June 2026, the Winner and their nominated friend will win a trip to Turkey valued at AUD $20,000 — including return economy flights from Australia to Istanbul and accommodation. No purchase or PointsBet account required to enter.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on Thursday, 4 June 2026 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on Thursday, 11 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period are not eligible and will not be considered.

4. ELIGIBILITY

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over (“Entrant”).

To be eligible to receive the Prize, both the Entrant selected as the “Winner” and their nominated friend (“Nominee”) must be Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry who are not excluded from any form of gambling for any reason whatsoever, whether with the Promoter, or any/all other gambling providers.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter and its related entities are ineligible to enter or to be nominated as a Nominee.

By submitting an Entry, Entrants warrant that they are eligible and agree to comply with any reasonable requests made by the Promoter to verify their eligibility.

5. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, Entrants must during the Promotion Period:

(a) submit an entry by posting an Instagram Story from their personal Instagram account nominating a friend who deserves the chance to win a trip to Turkey;

(b) include in their entry an explanation of why their nominated friend deserves the chance to win a trip to Turkey that addresses the criteria at clause 6 herein;

(c) tag the official PointsBet Instagram account (@pointsbet) in the entry;

(d) nominate a friend who meets the eligibility criteria described at clause 4 above, and who has consented to being nominated prior to submission; and

(e) comply with these Terms and Conditions in full.

Multiple entries are permitted, provided that each entry nominates a different person. An Entrant may not nominate the same person more than once. Each entry must be submitted separately and meet all entry requirements to be eligible.

The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, disqualify any Entrant who: (a) tampers with the entry process; (b) submits an entry that is fraudulent or automated or uses multiple or fake accounts; (c) breaches these Terms or the Instagram terms of use, or acts unlawfully or in a way that brings or may bring the Promoter into disrepute; or (d) acts unfairly, dishonestly or contrary to the spirit of the promotion. The Promoter may withhold or recover the Prize accordingly.

6. COMPETITION STRUCTURE

This promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the Winner, who is selected solely on the judging criteria in clause 7. The two (2) stages of the promotion are:

Stage 1 – Skill-Based Judging

All eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will be assessed by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. Entries will be judged against the criteria set out in Clause 7. One entry will be selected as the winning entry, and that Entrant will be declared the Winner and progress to Stage 2. If the Winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or does not claim the Prize within seven (7) days of the Promoter’s first notification attempt, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may (subject to applicable law and any permit condition) forfeit the Prize and/or select an alternative Winner from the remaining eligible entries assessed against the judging criteria, and may repeat this process.

Stage 2 – Match Outcome

The Winner identified in Stage 1 will be eligible to receive the Prize subject to the outcome of the Australia v Turkey football match scheduled for 2:00pm AEST on Sunday, 14 June 2026 (“the Match”). If Australia wins the Match, the Prize will be awarded to the Winner and their Nominee, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. If the Match ends in a draw or Turkey wins, the Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, elect to award the Prize to the Winner and their Nominee. By submitting an entry, Entrants acknowledge and accept that the awarding of the Prize is subject to this condition.

7. JUDGING CRITERIA

Eligible entries will be judged on:

• Creativity

• Originality

One Entrant will be selected as the Winner.

8. PRIZE

The Prize consists of:

(a) return economy flights for the Winner and Nominee from Australia to Istanbul, Turkey, as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion;

(b) accommodation in Turkey for the Winner and Nominee, with the accommodation provider, location, room type and duration determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion; and

(c) spending money and/or additional travel benefits as determined by the Promoter.

Total prize pool value: AUD $20,000 (including GST where applicable).

9. PRIZE CONDITIONS

The Winner and their nominated friend (“Nominee”) must consent, and do all things reasonably required by the Promoter to give effect to that consent, to make themselves available to participate in promotional content relating to the promotion at dates and times reasonably nominated by the Promoter.

Attendance at a designated PointsBet viewing event for the Australia v Turkey football match scheduled for 2:00pm AEST on Sunday, 14 June 2026 is preferred but is not a condition of eligibility to receive the Prize.

The Winner and Nominee must agree and irrevocably consent to be filmed, photographed and interviewed by or on behalf of the Promoter before, during and after the match, whether attending the viewing event in person or participating remotely (“Promotional Material”), and irrevocably consent to the Promoter using that Promotional Material in perpetuity for marketing and promotional activity connected with the Promoter’s business operations.

If Australia (the Socceroos) wins the Australia v Turkey football match, the Winner and Nominee will be eligible to receive the Prize, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

If the match ends in a draw or Turkey wins, the Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, elect to award the Prize to the Winner and Nominee, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Nominee must accept the nomination and satisfy all eligibility requirements before any Prize is awarded.

If the Nominee does not accept the nomination, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, declare the Prize forfeited or determine an alternative recipient.

All travel arrangements, including travel dates, flight carriers, flight class, accommodation providers, accommodation locations, accommodation duration and any other travel inclusions, will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize, or any component of the Prize, with a prize of equal or greater value if any aspect of the Prize becomes unavailable.

The Prize is not transferable, assignable or exchangeable and, except as the Promoter determines in its absolute discretion or as required by law, may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused or partially used Prize component is forfeited and has no cash value.

The Promoter may require the Entrant, Winner and/or Nominee to provide proof of identity, age, residency and eligibility (including government-issued identification) in a form acceptable to the Promoter before the Prize is awarded. Failure to provide such proof to the Promoter’s reasonable satisfaction may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize.

The Promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of the promotion is final and binding.

10. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The Winner will be selected on Thursday, 11 June 2026 and notified by direct message on Instagram.

11. TRAVEL CONDITIONS

Travel must be completed within 12 months unless otherwise determined by the Promoter.

The Winner and Nominee are each solely responsible for ensuring they are legally entitled and able to travel to and enter the Republic of Türkiye and any transit country, including holding a valid passport with at least six (6) months’ validity beyond the intended return date, obtaining all necessary visas, e-visas, entry permissions and vaccinations, and not being subject to any travel ban, exclusion, no-fly listing or other legal impediment to travel. The Prize does not include the cost of passports, visas or travel documentation. If the Winner or Nominee is unable to travel for any reason, the Prize or relevant component is forfeited and no cash or alternative will be provided, except to the extent required by law.

The Winner and Nominee participate in all travel and Prize-related activities at their own risk and are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness or death suffered in connection with the travel or the Prize.

12. CONSENT, CONTENT RIGHTS, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Entrants grant the Promoter a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use submitted content for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.

By submitting an entry, the Entrant warrants that: (a) the entry is their own original work and they own or are validly licensed to use all content in it; (b) the entry does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, moral, privacy, publicity or other rights and is not defamatory, misleading, obscene or otherwise unlawful; (c) any identifiable person appearing in or referred to in the entry has consented to its use; and (d) the Entrant has obtained the Nominee’s prior consent to the nomination and to the collection, use and disclosure of the Nominee’s personal information for the purposes of this promotion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Entrant unconditionally and irrevocably consents to any act or omission by the Promoter in relation to the entry that would otherwise infringe the Entrant’s moral rights.

13. RESPECTFUL PARTICIPATION AND ANTI-BULLYING

Entries must not bully, harass, humiliate, discriminate against, ridicule or shame any person including the Nominee.

The Promoter may disqualify any entry that breaches this clause.

14. PUBLICITY

As a condition of accepting the Prize, the Winner and Nominee agree to participate in reasonable publicity, photography, filming, interviews and content creation requested by the Promoter without additional compensation.

15. LIABILITY

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this Competition or acceptance of any prize.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Any taxes, duties, or other charges payable as a result of a prize being awarded or received are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Promoter makes no representations and gives no advice concerning the tax implications of accepting a prize. Entrants should seek independent financial and taxation advice prior to accepting a prize. The Promoter will not be liable for any tax or other financial liability incurred by a participant in connection with this Competition or any prize.

16. PRIVACY

The Promoter collects personal information to conduct this promotion and award the Prize. The Promoter may disclose the personal information of the Winner and Nominee to third parties, including airlines, travel agents and accommodation and service providers located overseas (including in the Republic of Türkiye and transit countries), for the purpose of arranging and providing the Prize. By entering, the Entrant consents, and warrants that the Nominee consents, to such collection, use and disclosure. Personal information is otherwise handled under the PointsBet Privacy Policy.

17. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, FIFA, Football Australia or any World Cup organising body.

Each Entrant and Nominee completely releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. and their related entities from all liability in connection with this promotion. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta, and any questions, comments or complaints must be directed to the Promoter and not to Instagram or Meta.

19. GENERAL

No bet, deposit, wager, account or purchase of any kind is necessary to enter this promotion or to be eligible to receive the Prize. Entry does not require the Entrant or Nominee to hold a PointsBet account or to place any bet. This promotion is conducted for marketing purposes only and is not a gambling product, betting activity or wagering service offered by the Promoter.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Entrant indemnifies and keeps indemnified the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and their respective officers, employees and agents against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses arising out of or in connection with: (a) any breach of these Terms or of the Entrant’s warranties; (b) any claim that the entry infringes the rights of a third party; (c) the participation of the Entrant or Nominee in the promotion or the acceptance or use of the Prize; and (d) any act or omission of the Entrant or Nominee. Nothing in this clause limits any rights the Entrant has under the Australian Consumer Law.

If the Match is cancelled, postponed, abandoned, declared void or its result is otherwise not determined, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion award the Prize to the Winner and Nominee, determine an alternative basis for awarding it, or vary the relevant Prize condition. The Promoter is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations to the extent caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemic, government or border restrictions, industrial action, or cancellation or disruption of flights, accommodation, events or communications platforms.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary. Any amendment, suspension or cancellation is subject to applicable Commonwealth, State and Territory legislation.
